The Batu Pahat Learning Centre (BPLC) is OUM's second learning centre in Johor. It was established last December in response to the growing demand for open and distance learning education is southern region.
OUM can truly be proud of the new Centre as it boasts an award winning design. Formerly known as Open Street Mall, the building won a prestigious award in the category of commercial buildings from the Malaysian Institute of Architects in 2007.
